• Consent is not a condition of purchase: Consent to receive SMS is not required to purchase any goods or services from Thrivvest. You can still use our services if you opt out.

4. No Sharing of Mobile Opt-In Data

Thrivvest does not share, sell, rent, or disclose your mobile phone number, mobile opt-in data, or any information collected through our SMS program with any third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes under any circumstances. Mobile opt-in information is used exclusively to deliver the SMS program you have opted into. The only third parties who process this data are our subprocessors acting on our behalf as service providers (CRM platforms, SMS delivery services, automation tools) under written data processing agreements that prohibit independent use of the data.
