Standard message and data rates may apply to all text messages sent and received under the Thrivvest SMS program. Rates depend on your mobile carrier and your specific service plan. Thrivvest is not responsible for any carrier charges you incur as a result of participating in the SMS program. Please review your mobile plan with your carrier to understand applicable rates.
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Thrivvest does not guarantee delivery time, message order, or the operability of any specific mobile carrier. Carriers may delay, reject, or fail to deliver messages for any reason without notice.
You must be 18 years of age or older to opt in to or use the Thrivvest SMS program. By opting in, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and have the authority to consent to receive text messages at the phone number you provide.
Message frequency varies based on your engagement with Thrivvest, typically up to approximately 10 messages per month. You will not be charged a recurring subscription fee by Thrivvest for the SMS program; standard mobile carrier rates apply.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Gloucester County, New Jersey.
