We’re Jimmy Henhaffer and Connor Dunn—two friends who met as freshmen at Washington Township High School, where we bonded over football, long wrestling practices, and a shared drive to compete, grow, and win.

That mindset carried into college, where we both studied business and discovered a real passion for systems. What started as an interest in finance and entrepreneurship turned into an obsession with finding better, smarter ways to run operations.

While still in college, we started diving deep into AI—and it clicked. Small businesses are the ones who benefit the most. They can grow without hiring big teams or adding more tools—if they have the right systems behind them.

That’s why we built Thrivvest: to give owners a custom AI assistant that runs their backend, supports their strategy, and helps them scale with less stress.
