We became friends as freshmen at Washington Township High School — bonding over football, long wrestling practices, and a shared drive to compete, grow, and WIN.

Years later, as business majors in college, we found our passion in helping companies operate more efficiently. What started as a love for business and finance quickly turned into an obsession with systems — especially the kind that could replace chaos with clarity.

As we explored AI, it became clear: small businesses are the ones who benefit the most. They have the potential to scale without the overhead of large teams or bloated payrolls. That’s why we built Thrivvest — to give owners an internal AI assistant that runs operations, manages SOPs, and answers team questions in real time.
